Donations are entirely voluntary and do not constitute payment for any service.

Funds received will be used for the application's operating costs or other uses the developer deems necessary, with no obligation to provide detailed accounting.

Donating or not donating will not modify, increase, or decrease the features available to any user.

Content in the app (hours, prices, locations, descriptions) is for reference and may be outdated. We recommend verifying directly with establishments.

The app is for personal, non-commercial use. Mass data extraction or any use that disrupts the service is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Loja, Ecuador.

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
